  • This warranty is valid only if all the accessories were purchased in Ziplines USA and whether the installation was done by us, and having taken the training and maintenance, and record maintenance logbook under supervision of Ziplines USA.
  • If the zipline is used with devices from other manufacturers is not recommended by us the guarantee of the zipline and any item is canceled because these different devices can damage the cables and special equipment for the zipline.
  • 3 years warranty on the steel cable for use intense with pulleys authorized by us. (required maintenance records).
  • 1 year warranty on pulleys made ​​by us used in our distribution cables for heavy use (except bearings).
  • 1 year warranty on pulleys PETZL used in our distribution cables (except bearings).
  • 1 year warranty:
    • Zipline Harness
    • Extensions
    • Helmets
    • Steel carabiner with lock
    • Passive brake (only in installations by Ziplines USA)
  • Warranty valid only taking the training and maintenance as well as following the instructions in the manual provided by Ziplines USA and the manufacturer other accessories.
  • Items that are damaged should be sent to Ziplines USA for inspection, if the equipment is damaged by misuse will be charged a fee for repair, shipping charges will be paid by the user.
  • The warranty covers repair or replacement of equipment, as the case of the damaged item, shipping costs will be paid by the user.
